ALASEEL USA will only work with the most reliable and efficient couriers to dispatch all orders. Your order will be sent via our express courier service, which includes door to door tracking.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

why did only part of my order arrive?

In some cases, it's possible that your order was shipped from multiple of our distribution centers so please do not worry and get in touch with our friendly care team at support@alaseelusa.com to get the tracking number for your second parcel that will be arriving shortly.

i inserted a wrong address at checkout, what now?

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your product(s).

ALASEEL USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, ALASEEL USA will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. As mentioned, please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, we can not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.

unexpected delays:

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing, holidays & extreme weather conditions that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
