Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We process orders within 1–2 business days and ship using trusted couriers. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@alaseelusa.com with your updated address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Help! My order is lost or hasn’t been delivered.

Please check your tracking link first. If there’s no update for 7 business days, reach out to our support team, and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Do I need to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already entered processing.

We use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients and materials. Product-specific ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! You can ship your order directly to the recipient and include a personalized gift note. Simply email us with the recipient’s name and the message you’d like to include, and we’ll make sure it’s added to your package.

How do I use a discount code?

You don’t need to do anything - eligible discount codes are applied automatically at checkout. If your order qualifies, you’ll see the discount reflected in your total before completing payment.

Are the products you carry cruelty free?

Yes, all the products we carry are cruelty free.
